About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests, analyzing results, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science and possess excellent technical skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
• Conduct quality control checks on samples and maintain accurate records of all testing procedures
• Analyze test results and prepare reports for interpretation by the scientific team
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during testing
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to regulatory guidelines
• Participate in the development and validation of new laboratory methods
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
• Stay updated on current laboratory techniques and technologies and make recommendations for process improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry)
• Previous laboratory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
