Salary: $92 Per hour

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Maintenance Manager to join our team. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the facility is operating efficiently and that all equipment is properly maintained to prevent any disruptions in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and ensure they are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, schedules, and policies to ensure the facility is in compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of all equipment, including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing systems, and machinery
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities that will have the least impact on their operations
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment and ensure they are available when needed
• Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures in the maintenance operations
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget and report on any variances or discrepancies
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report on key performance indicators
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance tasks
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, scheduling, and budgeting
• Experience in managing a team and providing leadership and guidance
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards
• Proficiency in computer software and maintenance systems
