Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects related to healthcare services, facilities, and operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects while maintaining the highest level of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Monitor project progress, identify any potential roadblocks, and take proactive measures to keep the project on track.
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of project goals.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered within the agreed-upon timelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide reports to senior management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and budgets.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management, healthcare, and technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
