Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design curriculum for various educational programs based on industry standards and best practices
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and materials for curriculum development
Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify learning objectives and create effective instructional materials
Utilize various instructional design models and theories to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes and make necessary revisions to curriculum based on feedback
Ensure all curriculum meets accessibility and compliance standards
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in instructional design and technology to continuously improve curriculum
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of curriculum materials
Provide support and guidance to instructors on implementing curriculum and utilizing instructional materials effectively
Participate in curriculum review and revision processes to ensure continuous improvement and quality assurance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
Strong knowledge of instructional design theories and methodologies
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
Experience with curriculum development for both traditional and online learning environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience with project management and instructional design software is a plus
