Job Title: E-Learning Specialist

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $69 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled E-Learning Specialist to join our team. As an E-Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing online learning programs for our company. You will work closely with our instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other team members to create engaging and effective online courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning development, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to design and develop online courses that meet learning objectives and engage learners.
• Use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia to develop interactive and multimedia-rich e-learning content.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all e-learning courses to ensure accuracy, functionality, and usability.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and budgets.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in e-learning to continuously improve the quality of our online courses.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to learners and instructors.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of our learning management system (LMS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of e-learning with other learning initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of online courses through data analysis and feedback from learners and stakeholders, and make necessary improvements.
• Train and support instructors on how to use the LMS and deliver online courses.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials related to e-learning development and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-learning development and instructional design.
• Proficient in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning standards (SCORM, AICC).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus.
