Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand user needs and business goals.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform the design process.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Utilize design thinking methodologies to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the user experience.
Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback and usage data to make data-driven design decisions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in interaction design and incorporate them into our design process.
Communicate design ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in interaction design, user experience design, or a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in interaction design.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs.
