Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or excess inventory to the appropriate teams
Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders
Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate forecasting and planning for product demand
Generate and maintain reports on logistics activities, including inventory levels, delivery times, and costs
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and movement of goods
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of logistics operations
Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery times and resolve any issues that may arise
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure cost-effective and timely transportation of goods
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
Strong understanding of supply chain principles and logistics operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience working with third-party logistics providers is a plus
Knowledge of international logistics and customs regulations is preferred
