Key Responsibilities:

Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on samples using various techniques and equipment, following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Record and analyze data, and prepare detailed reports of findings for review by senior staff.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all laboratory procedures, results, and equipment maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment, samples, or test results.
Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods and procedures.
Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute experiments and projects.
Stay current with industry developments and trends, and make recommendations for improvements to laboratory processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a laboratory setting.
Strong understanding of laboratory techniques and equipment.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data analysis and report writing.
Flexibility to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a laboratory setting.
