Key Responsibilities:

Conducting research experiments and analyzing data to generate insights and inform decision-making
Developing and validating new assays and methodologies for various biological processes and systems
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments and studies
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of research activities and results
Attending conferences and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders
Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in biotechnology research
Contributing to the writing and submission of scientific publications and patent applications
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety procedures and regulations

Qualifications:

PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field
Minimum of of experience in biotech research and development
Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques, such as PCR, DNA sequencing, and cloning
Proficiency in data analysis software and statistical tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience with cell culture, animal models, and bioinformatics is a plus
