Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Specialist to join our team. The Education Program Specialist will play a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating our educational programs. This individual will work closely with our team of educators and staff to ensure that our programs are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and assessment strategies
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure that programs are aligned with educational standards and meet the needs of diverse learners
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program data and student progress
• Conduct research and stay current with best practices in education to continually improve programs
• Assist in the recruitment and training of program instructors and volunteers
• Communicate program information to parents, students, and community members through various channels
• Plan and organize events and activities related to educational programs
• Monitor budget and expenses related to educational programs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of programs and services
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in education policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development and evaluation in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with data analysis and program evaluation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other educational software programs
• Passion for education and commitment to improving the lives of students
