Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Facilitator to join our team. As a Workshop Facilitator, you will be responsible for designing, organizing, and delivering our workshops to a diverse audience. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and objectives, and then develop customized workshop content to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to identify their training needs and objectives
• Develop workshop curriculum and materials based on client requirements
• Facilitate workshops in an engaging and interactive manner
• Deliver presentations and lead discussions on various topics
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants
• Use a variety of instructional techniques to ensure maximum engagement and learning
• Provide individual and group coaching during the workshop
• Collect and analyze feedback from participants to continuously improve workshop content and delivery
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new ideas and techniques into workshop content
• Collaborate with other Workshop Facilitators to share best practices and ensure consistency in workshop delivery
• Maintain accurate records of workshop attendance and evaluation results
• Assist with marketing and promoting workshops to potential clients
• Travel to different locations to facilitate workshops as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Workshop Facilitator or similar role
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different audiences and learning styles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other presentation software
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
