Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs for new and existing teachers, including curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching strategies.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers, both in-person and online, to improve their instructional techniques and pedagogy.
Observe and provide feedback to teachers on their teaching practices, identifying areas for improvement and offering constructive suggestions.
Collaborate with school administrators and curriculum specialists to align training programs with school goals and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods, technology, and educational trends to continuously improve training programs.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to teachers, offering guidance and resources to help them implement new strategies and techniques in the classroom.
Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and instructional materials for teachers to use in their classrooms.
Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with other Teacher Trainers and educators to share best practices and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your own skills and knowledge as a Teacher Trainer.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a classroom teacher, preferably in K-12 education.
Proven track record of success in improving teaching practices and student outcomes.
Strong understanding of instructional methods, pedagogy, and curriculum development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and facilitate training sessions.
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
