Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits and assessments of our security processes, policies, and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Stay up-to-date on the latest security regulations, laws, and standards to ensure our company remains compliant.
Develop and maintain security policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct training and awareness sessions to educate employees on security best practices and compliance requirements.
Work with external auditors and regulators to provide necessary documentation and evidence of compliance.
Investigate and respond to any security incidents or breaches, and implement necessary remediation measures.
Monitor and report on security compliance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our security program.
Participate in security-related projects and initiatives to continuously improve our security posture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in security compliance or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of security regulations and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
Experience with conducting security audits and assessments.
Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
