Salary: $100 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Security Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and protection of our company's data and systems. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security events, as well as conducting investigations and implementing security measures to prevent future incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security best practices, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think critically and act quickly in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze security events and alerts, and investigate any potential security incidents
• Utilize various security tools and technologies to detect and respond to threats
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses in our systems and infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, threats, and vulnerabilities, and make recommendations for improving our security posture
• Develop and maintain documentation related to security operations processes and procedures
• Participate in incident response activities and provide support for security-related incidents
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Provide security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance
• Serve as a subject matter expert on security-related topics and provide guidance to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security operations role
• Strong understanding of security best practices and industry standards
• Experience with security technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and DLP
• Knowledge of network and system security principles, protocols, and technologies
• Familiarity with security frameworks, such as NIST and ISO
• Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC, are a plus
