Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a keen eye for detail. The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test suites to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues identified during automated testing and work with the development team to resolve them.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality and testability of the codebase.
• Continuously research and implement the latest testing methodologies and tools to enhance the automation process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement QA processes and procedures.
• Document and communicate test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Mentor and train junior QA team members on automation best practices and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and QA automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and API testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
