Job Title: IT Systems Administrator

Salary: $84 Per hour

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining various systems, networks, and servers, as well as providing technical support to our employees. The IT Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of our company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain all hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and server performance, identifying and addressing any issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement system security protocols to safeguard the company's data and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and implement new technology initiatives to improve system efficiency and functionality.
• Provide technical support and assistance to employees, troubleshooting any hardware or software issues they may encounter.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and updates.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels for various systems and applications.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements, recommending and implementing new technologies to enhance system performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in systems administration, network administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficient in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network protocols.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with network security and firewalls.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or CompTIA A+ are a plus.
