Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Predictive Modeler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing predictive models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gather and analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop predictive models to forecast business outcomes and identify patterns and trends in large datasets.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, define project scope, and develop project plans.
• Conduct data mining, cleansing, and transformation to prepare data for analysis.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques such as regression, clustering, decision trees, and neural networks to build predictive models.
• Evaluate model performance and refine models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in predictive modeling and data analytics.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new tools and processes to enhance the predictive modeling capabilities of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in predictive modeling and data analytics.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, or SAS.
• Strong understanding of data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with big data platforms and tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or SQL.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering successful predictive modeling projects.
