Salary: $190000 - $240000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Containerization Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Containerization Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining containerized applications and systems. You will play a critical role in the modernization and transformation of our organization's infrastructure and applications by leveraging containerization technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement containerized solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess business requirements for containerization.
• Develop and maintain containerization standards and best practices for our organization.
• Create and maintain container images and repositories.
• Monitor and troubleshoot containerized applications and systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Perform regular security audits and updates to ensure the security of containerized environments.
• Automate deployment, scaling, and orchestration of containerized applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to developers and other team members on containerization best practices and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest containerization trends, technologies, and tools to continuously improve our containerization strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of containerization concepts and principles.
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or Mesos.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Travis CI.
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Bash, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
