Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Technician to join our growing team. As a Data Center Technician, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of our data center infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data center, as well as implementing and maintaining various hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of data center equipment, including servers, storage devices, and networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware or software issues that may arise in the data center.
• Monitor and maintain data center power and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software systems as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of data center equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute data center expansion or upgrade projects.
• Follow established protocols and procedures for data center operations and security.
• Respond to and resolve data center emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data center technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a data center environment.
• Strong knowledge of data center operations, infrastructure, and equipment.
• Experience with server hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
• Familiarity with data center power and cooling systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
