Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web3 applications and platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using modern web3 technologies
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay updated with the latest web3 and blockchain developments and incorporate them into our projects
Ensure the security and stability of our web3 applications
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products on time

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Web3 Developer or similar role
In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and web3 protocols (Ethereum, IPFS, Polkadot, etc.)
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Solidity, and Rust
Experience with front-end development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Familiarity with smart contract development and web3 libraries (Truffle, Web3.js, etc.)
Strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts and protocols
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
