Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of current digital systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions to streamline processes
Create and maintain detailed documentation of digital systems, including process maps and user manuals
Implement new digital systems and processes, including system configuration, testing, and training
Monitor and troubleshoot issues with digital systems, working closely with IT teams to resolve any technical problems
Continuously evaluate the performance of digital systems and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and user experience
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization
Train and support end-users on digital systems and processes to ensure successful adoption and utilization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in digital systems and process analysis
Experience with system implementation and configuration
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus
Experience with Agile methodology is an advantage
