Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company���s information security processes and procedures comply with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will work closely with various teams, including IT, legal, and business units, to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits and assessments of our company���s information security systems, policies, and procedures to identify any compliance gaps.
• Review and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure our company���s compliance with all applicable requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to monitor and track cybersecurity incidents and investigate any potential breaches.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program to ensure that our company is meeting all regulatory and industry standards.
• Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in our company���s information security systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with legal and business teams to review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with information security standards.
• Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure our company���s compliance efforts are aligned with current standards.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during compliance audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards related to information security, such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, etc.
• Experience conducting compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
