Salary: $171000 - $208000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, testing, and optimizing the performance of our software systems. Your primary focus will be on identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the overall performance of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for improving system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance issues and develop solutions
• Conduct performance testing to measure and analyze system performance
• Utilize various tools and techniques to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization
• Develop and maintain performance testing scripts and scenarios
• Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to system performance
• Work closely with software developers to implement performance improvements
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues and provide recommendations for resolution
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to performance analysis and optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or performance analysis
• Strong understanding of software performance testing methodologies and tools
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with performance monitoring and profiling tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
