Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical direction to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure the delivery of clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to promote continuous improvement.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, propose solutions, and implement fixes in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to improve our software development processes and methodologies.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide timely updates on progress and milestones.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex software projects.
Expertise in full-stack development, with strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C#, Python) and experience with frontend technologies (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum, JIRA).
Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
