Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement software solutions in accordance with project requirements
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements
Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends and technologies
Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their technical skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with various software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
