Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and develop AI/ML solutions to address them.
• Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and systems at scale, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess data and prepare it for model training and evaluation.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/ML models, and make improvements as needed.
• Design and implement data pipelines and workflows to support AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and use them to drive innovation within the company.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on developing and deploying AI/ML models and systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++, and experience working with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and critically.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
