Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy NLP algorithms and models to solve complex business problems
Research and implement state-of-the-art NLP techniques, such as deep learning, machine learning, and statistical models
Develop tools and frameworks to automate NLP processes and improve efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and collect relevant data for NLP tasks
Conduct data analysis and perform feature engineering to prepare data for NLP models
Evaluate and improve the performance of existing NLP algorithms and models
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the NLP field and continuously improve skills and knowledge
Communicate findings and insights to team members and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Document and maintain codebase and development processes to ensure consistency and scalability
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to NLP processes or models

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an NLP Developer or in a similar role
Strong understanding of NLP concepts, techniques, and algorithms
Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, Gensim, and TensorFlow
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Experience with data analysis and feature engineering
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and tools, such as AWS or Azure
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
