Salary: $152000 - $192000
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Developer to join our growing team. As a Data Developer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases, as well as developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain databases for our company's various applications and systems.
- Develop and implement efficient data storage and retrieval processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot database issues, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions for our business.
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into our databases.
- Create and maintain database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions.
- Develop and maintain data models to support business requirements.
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of database upgrades and enhancements.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in data management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in database development and management.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, or DataStage.
- Experience with database design and data modeling.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
