Job Title: Hadoop Developer

Salary: $100 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Hadoop Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Hadoop Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Hadoop platform to meet the growing needs of our organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in Hadoop architecture, data ingestion, data processing, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of big data technologies and a strong passion for solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Hadoop-based solutions to support our organization's data needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for data ingestion and processing from various sources
• Optimize and tune Hadoop clusters for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Hadoop platform
• Develop and maintain data warehousing solutions using Hadoop ecosystem tools
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to stakeholders
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in big data technologies and evaluate their potential for our organization
• Write clear and concise technical documentation for all Hadoop solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Hadoop development and administration
• Strong experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools such as HDFS, MapReduce, YARN, Hive, Spark, and Pig
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based Hadoop solutions such as Amazon EMR or Google Dataproc
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of machine learning and data mining techniques
• Certifications in Hadoop or big data technologies
