Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract data from various sources and load it into our enterprise data warehouse
Develop and implement data quality and data validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Identify and resolve data integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and data quality problems
Monitor and optimize ETL processes to ensure data is loaded in a timely and efficient manner
Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data sources, and data mappings
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ETL development and data warehousing
Mentor and provide guidance to junior ETL developers on technical design and coding standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development using tools like Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
Strong experience in SQL and data modeling concepts
Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
