Overview: We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior ETL Developer to join our growing team. As a Junior ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our organization's ETL processes. You will work closely with our data analysts and business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and transform raw data into meaningful insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into our data warehouse
• Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain data mappings, workflows, and data quality rules to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to identify and resolve any issues or errors
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation for all ETL processes and data models
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ETL development and data warehousing
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality
• Support data analysts and business stakeholders with ad-hoc data requests and data analysis tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in ETL development
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and methodologies
• Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience with ETL tools (e.g. Informatica, Talend, SSIS)
• Knowledge of data warehousing principles and dimensional modeling
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
