Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes that support data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives. Your expertise in data integration, ETL tools, and programming languages will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple sources into data warehouse systems
• Develop and maintain ETL workflows, mappings, and scripts using ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or SSIS
• Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot data issues to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs for data integration and reporting
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data models, and data dictionaries
• Optimize ETL performance by tuning SQL queries and ETL workflows
• Implement best practices and standards for ETL development and data integration
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior ETL developers
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in ETL and data warehousing technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in ETL development and data integration
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or SSIS
• Experience with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data governance
• In-depth knowledge of ETL design patterns and best practices
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality ETL solutions within tight deadlines
