Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and systems to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to understand data requirements and design efficient ETL solutions.
Develop and maintain data mapping and data transformation rules to ensure accurate and consistent data.
Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Monitor ETL jobs and performance, and make necessary improvements for optimization.
Develop and maintain documentation of ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation rules.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support to the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing principles.
Extensive experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
Experience with data modeling and data mapping.
Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with cloud-based ETL solutions is a plus.
