Salary: $152000 - $192000

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. As an ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data integration processes. You will work closely with our data analysts and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into efficient ETL workflows. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a strong background in ETL development and a passion for data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ETL processes to extract data from various sources, transform it, and load it into our data warehouse
• Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Create and maintain ETL documentation, including data mappings, data dictionaries, and process flow diagrams
• Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data integration processes
• Monitor data quality and ensure data integrity is maintained throughout the ETL process
• Continuously improve and enhance our ETL framework and processes
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ETL development and data integration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ETL development, preferably in a data-centric organization
• Strong knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage
• Proficient in SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
