Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges and improve business performance.
Lead and manage end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition to model deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
Conduct in-depth data analysis and apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets.
Build predictive models and algorithms to support business decision-making and drive business growth.
Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists in the team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science and apply them to improve existing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science role.
Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions and generating business insights.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
Extensive experience with data mining, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
