Salary: $114000 - $136000

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Data Scientist to join our team. As a Junior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for assisting in the analysis and interpretation of large and complex datasets, using advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques. You will work closely with our senior data scientists and cross-functional teams to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior data scientists and business stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop data-driven solutions
• Collect, organize, and clean large and complex datasets from various sources
• Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyze data and identify patterns, trends, and insights
• Develop and implement predictive models to support business initiatives
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance and make necessary adjustments
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data science and bring new ideas and techniques to the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a data science or analytics role
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks
• Solid understanding of statistics and probability
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
