As a ML Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and drive data-driven decisions. You will work with a team of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and collect relevant data for model training and validation
• Build and maintain infrastructure for data extraction, preparation, and feature engineering
• Conduct data analysis and evaluation to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of models
• Deploy models into production and monitor performance to continuously improve and optimize them
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and implement cutting-edge techniques to drive innovation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
• Familiarity with big data processing frameworks like Spark and Hadoop
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large and complex datasets
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of software engineering principles and experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience with natural language processing and computer vision techniques
• Publications or contributions to the machine learning community
