Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and define project requirements and objectives.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the best AI/ML techniques and tools for each project.
Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to gather and prepare data for model development.
Train, validate, and optimize AI/ML models using various techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, and make improvements as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in AI/ML, and incorporate new techniques and tools into our projects.
Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and guidelines for AI/ML development.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing AI/ML solutions, preferably in a commercial setting.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java, with experience in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and ensemble methods.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
