Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ML Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. As an ML Engineer, you will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to develop cutting-edge solutions that enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms that can be integrated into our products and services.
• Collaborate with data scientists to identify and collect the necessary data for model development.
• Clean and preprocess data to ensure its accuracy and usability for machine learning.
• Train and evaluate machine learning models to achieve high accuracy and reliability.
• Optimize models for scalability, speed, and efficiency.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing models.
• Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all machine learning models and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and implement them in our solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing machine learning models and algorithms.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression, clustering, and deep learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
