Job Overview: As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our AI and machine learning models. You will work closely with our data scientists to build and deploy scalable solutions that address complex business problems. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to solve business problems
• Gather and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support the training and testing of models
• Optimize existing AI/ML models for improved performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with data scientists to design experiments and evaluate model performance
• Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML techniques and technologies to continuously improve our products
• Communicate complex concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing AI/ML models and algorithms
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
• Knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques, such as regression, clustering, and classification
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data modeling
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML solutions is a plus
• Certifications in AI/ML are highly desirable
