About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Application Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing various software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Design and develop software applications based on specifications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Test and debug applications to ensure proper functionality
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
• Continuously improve existing applications by identifying and implementing new technologies and techniques
• Ensure all applications are secure and adhere to company standards
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in application development
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization on applications
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
• Document application development processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as an Application Developer or relevant role
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
• Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, SQL Server, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices
• Experience with mobile application development is a plus
