Key Responsibilities:

Design, install, and configure complex systems including servers, networks, and storage solutions.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, processes, and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, networks, and applications.
Monitor and maintain system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and upgrades.
Conduct regular system audits and perform security assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for system enhancements.
Train and mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a System Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Linux.
Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMWare and Hyper-V.
Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell and Bash.
Excellent understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
Experience with network security and firewalls.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as AWS and Azure.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
