Job Overview: As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering strategies, as well as oversee the technical aspects of projects and ensure their timely completion. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced engineer who can provide leadership and guidance to our team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met within the specified timelines and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to develop and implement engineering strategies.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to these plans.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate project proposals.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring that all engineering standards and best practices are followed.
• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and train junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in engineering technology and techniques, and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in an engineering role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing engineering projects.
• Strong technical expertise in the relevant field.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Proficient in using engineering software and tools.
