Job Description: Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using Java programming language. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java programming language

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and develop technical solutions

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best coding practices and standards

Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure optimal performance and functionality

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase

Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and fix any bugs or defects

Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our software development processes

Work with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects within budget and scope

Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed

Continuously improve and maintain existing software applications by implementing new features, enhancements, and optimizations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field

Minimum of years of experience in Java development

Strong proficiency in Java programming language and its core concepts such as OOP, multithreading, and data structures

Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts

Proficient in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL

Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills
