Position Overview: As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our product development team to understand project requirements and translate them into functional, efficient, and scalable applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with our sales and customer success teams to ensure our applications meet the specific needs of our clients and provide them with exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new applications, features, and enhancements based on project requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and error-free applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
• Create technical documentation to support the development process
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our applications
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients as needed
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
• Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience
• Contribute to the development of our company's technical roadmap and strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application development, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Extensive experience with web development frameworks, such as Angular or React
• Strong understanding of database management and SQL
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
