As a C++ Software Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems utilizing the C++ programming language. You will be a key member of our software development team, working closely with other architects, engineers, and developers to ensure the overall success of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software systems using C++.
• Lead the architecture and technical design of new software products and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of software systems to ensure efficient and effective operation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers on the team.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, proposing innovative solutions to ensure timely delivery of software products.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in C++ and related technologies, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on C++.
• Proven experience in software architecture and design, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with other programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Knowledge of software development tools and processes, including version control, testing, and debugging.
• Experience with cloud computing and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data protection principles.
