Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company's DevOps strategy, aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives.
Lead a team of DevOps engineers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated processes for building, testing, and deploying software.
Monitor and maintain the company's infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Identify areas for improvement in the development and deployment processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
Work closely with developers to ensure code quality, proper testing, and timely delivery of software releases.
Manage and maintain tools and systems used for configuration management, deployment, and monitoring.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in DevOps to continuously improve processes and tools within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and methodologies.
Proficient in automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
