Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Network Developer to join our dynamic team. As an IT Network Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's network infrastructure. This role will require a strong understanding of network protocols, security, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain our company's network infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain network systems, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Ensure network security by implementing best practices and regularly testing for vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize network performance and improve efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network technology.
• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist with network-related inquiries.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network development and administration.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Proficient in configuring and maintaining switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Experience with network security, intrusion detection, and prevention systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus.
