Salary: $115 Per hour

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated IT Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. As the IT Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT department and leading a team of IT professionals. You will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing IT strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement IT strategies and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of IT equipment and services
• Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks, to ensure optimal performance and security
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for the adoption of new technologies to enhance the company's competitive edge
• Manage IT projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and successful completion
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other employees as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing IT strategies and procedures
• Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in budgeting and resource allocation
• Up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and best practices
• Industry certifications (e.g. PMP, ITIL) are a plus
