Job Title: Mobile Architect
Location: New York, New York, United States
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: $115 Per hour
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Mobile Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall mobile architecture for our company. You will work closely with our development team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop the overall mobile architecture for our company, including application frameworks, development tools, and coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation for the mobile architecture, including diagrams, guidelines, and best practices
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of our mobile applications
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to continuously improve the mobile architecture and development processes
- Mentor and train team members on mobile development best practices and coding standards
- Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure the quality of code and adherence to the mobile architecture
- Collaborate with project managers to estimate project timelines and deliverables
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in mobile technology to provide recommendations for future development projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in a mobile architect role
- Extensive knowledge of mobile development frameworks, including iOS, Android, and React Native
- Proficient in mobile programming languages such as Swift, Java, and JavaScript
- Experience with mobile development tools and technologies, such as Xcode, Android Studio, and Firebase
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex mobile architectures
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in mobile technology
